Absolute Agility and Maximum Stability

To be as close as possible to the Works version and have a race-replica specification machine, the CRF450R frame was used as the technical base. This ensures maximum dynamic stability on extremely rough and rocky terrain. The bike features a dual fuel tank (front/rear) with a total capacity of 36 liters. The 14-liter rear tank is mounted on rubber supports, reducing inertia in corners and allowing the rider to maintain a lighter, more agile, and controlled ride.

Carbon Fiber Navigation Tower

This component is the farthest from the motorcycle’s center of mass and significantly impacts its agility. By making the tower lightweight yet strong, thanks to the use of carbon fiber, the bike remains maneuverable while also being able to withstand impacts from potential falls. The inclination of the roadbook can be adjusted manually, allowing riders to find the most suitable setting. Additionally, the tower’s subframe is independent of the main frame, enabling easy removal for repairs and maintenance during races.

Racing Riding Position and Tapered Seat

For the rear tank, the combination of high-strength nylon and polyethylene is used to save space while optimizing volume. Additionally, it contributes to the rear frame structure, increasing rigidity for more stable and precise handling. In the rider's operating area, both the front and rear tanks have been slimmed down to match the dimensions of official CRF Rally models, providing a natural, unobstructed riding position for maximum control.

Carbon Fiber Skid Plate

Just like the official CRF Rally, this kit includes a high-strength carbon fiber skid plate designed to protect the most exposed lower section of the large 22-liter front fuel tank from debris and impacts. It also safeguards key components such as the frame, engine casing, and exhaust header. The front section features a ‘sled’ profile that helps dissipate impact energy from obstacles without compromising maneuverability. Additionally, a highly practical built-in tool compartment allows riders to carry essential tools for emergency repairs during race stages.

Suspension System

The suspension features dedicated damping settings and springs with different elastic constants (K). The fork is equipped with oversized titanium tubes with a Kashima surface treatment, while the shock absorber has a titanium-coated piston rod to reduce friction, just like the CRF450R Works Edition.

Triple Clamps

As on the CRF450R Works Edition, the combination of stiffness and strength has been optimized using components jointly developed by XTRIG and Honda. The bike is also equipped with a steering damper.

Braking System

The front features an enlarged 300 mm disc for enhanced stopping power. The rear disc has a revised thickness to improve resistance to extreme stress and enhance heat dissipation.

Wheels

Specifically developed by HAAN, the hubs are CNC-machined from solid aluminum, while the rims are made by Takasago Excel. Cush drive dampers have been added to absorb heavy impacts, improving shock absorption, enhancing riding comfort, and reducing rider fatigue.

Engine

The entire internal combustion unit has been designed for a single purpose: Rally racing. Delivering a maximum power of approximately 58 hp, it maintains excellent reliability. The six-speed gearbox with long gear ratios allows for precise control at any speed while ensuring exceptional thrust across the entire rev range. An additional oversized radiator has been integrated into the technical package to lower oil and water temperatures, preserving the engine’s overall reliability even in extreme conditions. Exhaust System

The titanium exhaust silencer, developed by Akrapovič, is the same unit used on the official CRF Rally, delivering identical power output performance. Meanwhile, the headers and connecting pipes are made directly by HRC.

Additional Special Parts

The bike is equipped with a Renthal handlebar, Acerbis handguards, a front fender identical to the works CRF Rally, oversized footpegs, and a full LED lighting system.
